Key Responsibilities
Negotiations & Contracts
- Work closely with the COO during partnership negotiations—preparing background material, tracking terms under discussion, and following up on open items.
- Support drafting, reviewing, and redlining partnership agreements and contracts alongside the COO and legal counsel.
- Maintain a clear record of active agreements, key terms, renewal/expiry dates, and deliverable obligations for each partner.
Marketing Coordination
- Understand marketing briefs for each partnership and translate them into clear action items.
- Coordinate directly with the relevant marketing executive to ensure briefs are actioned on time and aligned with partnership terms.
- Act as the point of continuity between what was agreed commercially and what gets executed creatively.
Deliverable Tracking
- Maintain a running tracker of contracted deliverables (posts, reels, events, appearances, etc.) per partner.
- Regularly follow up with partners and internal teams to confirm deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Flag delays, gaps, or non-compliance against contract terms to the COO promptly.
ROI & Reporting
- Assess the performance and ROI of each partnership — engagement, reach, conversion, or other agreed metrics — against the cost/value of the collaboration.
- Prepare periodic summaries for the COO on partnership performance to inform renewal, scale-up, or exit decisions.
On-Ground Support
- Assist with shoots and content production days when a partnership requires it — coordinating logistics, timelines, and on-site needs.
- Liaise with partners, creative teams, and vendors to ensure shoots run smoothly and match the brand's expectations.
Events
- Plan and execute ARC-related events — partner meetups, brand activations, community events, and launch moments tied to partnerships.
- Own event logistics end-to-end: venue coordination, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with partners, marketing, and any external agencies/vendors to ensure events align with brand standards and partnership commitments.
- Post-event, capture learnings and report on turnout, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, influencer management, event management, or a related coordination role.
- Comfortable reading and working with contracts and commercial terms (prior exposure to negotiations is a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of marketing briefs, content formats, and social media deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, from small activations to larger brand moments.
- Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple partners, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Basic analytical skills to assess campaign/partnership/event performance and ROI.
- Willingness to be on-site for shoots and events as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
