We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives with 3–5 years of experience in retail sales and market development, preferably in bags, footwear, luggage, fashion accessories, or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Expand market coverage and develop key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.
- Ensure product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate stock availability and dealer replenishment.
- Submit sales reports and support promotional activities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Bags, Footwear, Luggage, Fashion Accessories, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale markets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Proficiency in the local language and basic English.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an advantage).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
