We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Management Specialist to manage, organize, publish, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, proofread, and publish content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Manage and maintain website content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and style guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop and publish content on time.
- Optimize content for SEO by implementing keywords, metadata, internal linking, and other best practices.
- Update existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and improved search performance.
- Organize and maintain digital content libraries and documentation.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on data.
- Ensure consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels.
- Stay up to date with content marketing trends, SEO practices, and digital publishing tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Experience with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web publishing concepts is an advantage.
