We are looking for confident, professional and well-spoken candidates who can manage front desk work, customer enquiries and company communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Welcome visitors and guide them professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Explain basic company services to clients
- Maintain visitor and enquiry records
- Coordinate with HR, sales and management team
- Reply to basic emails and messages
- Share daily enquiry report with management
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic Hindi and English speaking ability
- Professional behaviour and presentable personality
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Calling, reception or customer handling experience preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
