Aesthetics Redefined by Cocoona is hiring a full-time experienced phlebotomist for its Gurgaon clinic. We are looking for someone with strong practical blood collection skills, especially in difficult cases such as children or patients with poorly visible veins. This role also includes multi-tasking as a clinic technician for procedures such as laser, PRP, and related treatments.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect blood samples confidently and accurately from adult patients
· Handle difficult venipuncture cases where veins that are not easily visible
- Should be able to put cannula in veins for IV drips
· Maintain proper hygiene, patient safety, sample labelling, and handling protocols
· Support doctors and clinic staff in PRP, laser, and other in-clinic procedures as a technician
· Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables before procedures
· Assist with patient flow, basic documentation, and follow-up instructions where required
· Maintain a professional, calm, and reassuring approach with patients
We are looking for -
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on blood sampling experience
· Must be genuinely confident in drawing blood in difficult cases
· Prior experience with drawing blood sample children or low-visibility veins will be strongly preferred
· CPT with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or DMLT with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
