Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month + TA/DA + Performance Incentives + Other Benefits

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead market development initiatives across Kerala for our rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving the adoption of EV charging solutions throughout the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing and business development strategies for EV charging infrastructure projects across Kerala.
- Identify and onboard potential site partners, commercial establishments, institutions, fuel stations, real estate developers, and investors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, local authorities, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Lead brand awareness and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Generate qualified leads and support the closure of infrastructure development and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, business forums, and networking meetings.
- Prepare periodic reports on market performance, business growth, and strategic initiatives.
- Achieve assigned business growth, revenue, and market expansion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in market development, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, automobile, EV, real estate, industrial, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid Indian Driving Licence.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious growth targets.
