NDC Diagnostic Centre is looking for a polite, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly Patient Relationship Executive to manage patient communication and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls from patients and customers.
- Explain diagnostic services, health check-up packages, timings, and appointment availability.
- Handle patient queries professionally and resolve concerns in a calm and polite manner.
- Convert enquiry calls into confirmed appointments and bookings.
- Coordinate with the front desk and diagnostic teams for smooth patient service.
- Make follow-up calls to previous customers for feedback and service improvement.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, appointments, and feedback.
- Guide patients regarding reports, preparations for tests, and basic process information.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for every patient.
- Help in Centre Operations if needed
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Soft-spoken, polite, patient, and well-mannered personality.
- Good convincing and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
- Prior experience in diagnostic centre, hospital, clinic, or customer service will be preferred.
