Job Summary
Webtechnomind IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven background in IT sales and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth by selling SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other B2B lead generation channels to promote and sell SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing services.
- Identify, qualify, and convert domestic and international business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, requirement gathering, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and IT services.
- Proven experience selling SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and LinkedIn Marketing services.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B lead generation, email outreach, cold calling, and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience handling domestic and international clients.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
