Ventera Homes Pvt Ltd is a premier real estate firm specializing in, residential, commercial, luxury properties. We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing sales team and help prospective clients find their dream properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases, marketing campaigns, and website inquiries.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the client’s property requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
- Property Pitching: Effectively communicate the features, amenities, and investment benefits of our ongoing real estate projects.
- Site Scheduling: Book qualified appointments and site visits for the [Sales Managers / Property Consultants.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our [mention your CRM, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Excel tracker.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture long-term prospects through regular follow-up calls and updates on new project launches.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum [1-2] years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telemarketing (Real Estate experience is a strong plus).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in [Languages required, e.g., Tamil, English.
- Personality: High energy, patient, and persuasive with a highly customer-centric attitude.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic knowledge of using computers, CRM software, and messaging apps (WhatsApp) for business.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
