We're Hiring | IT Associate
Ramada by Wyndham Gandhidham Shinay is looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Associate to join our growing team.
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Position: IT Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary : 15k - 20k Gross
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and network-related issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user support.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and hotel IT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services and equipment.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Networking, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting.
