We are looking for a self-motivated, technical support candidate, that is genuinely interested in understanding and solving a customer’s technical problems and is passionate about customer success.
As a member of our support team, you will be working with the Support Manager and help onboard customers, resolve technical issues through email or phone. You will have a good understanding of software and technology .
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Helping setup and onboard our software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology (or)
- Graduate Degree with certification in Microsoft or Linux.
- Prior experience in tech support, system administration, devop or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- A genuine interest in understanding and resolving technical issues
