About the Role: As the HR Manager at the Skilling College of Paramedical Education (SCOPE), you will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of HR strategies and operations across our paramedical training institutes. You will act as a key enabler for organizational growth through effective talent acquisition, policy implementation, employee engagement, HR operations management and fostering a high-performance culture.

Education Qualification and Years of Experience
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in core HR functions
- Prior experience in the education, healthcare, or skilling sector, start-ups or social impact sectors
Technical skills and job Competencies
Proficient in HRMS platforms and digital HR tools Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes Understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
