We are looking for an experienced O&M Head for our Operations & Maintenance Business Division for Kolkata & West Bengal locations.
Experience: 15- 20 Years
Industry Preference: Coal Handling Plant (CHP) / EPC / Power Industry / Steel Manufacturing / Mining / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
· Overall O&M operations management across sites
· Handling Coal Handling Plant (CHP), Ash Handling & RHMS operations
· Site performance, maintenance planning & operational efficiency
· Team management and client coordination
· Budgeting, safety compliance & project execution
Preferred Candidate:
· Experience in Coal Handling Plant (CHP), Ash Handling, RHMS & EPC/O&M projects
· Strong exposure in Power, Steel, or similar heavy industries
· Leadership experience in multi-location/site operations
