We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Global Visa Sales Consultant with a strong background in B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating visa sales, handling customer inquiries, converting leads, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to global visa services
- Counsel customers on visa options, requirements, and application procedures
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Promote and sell visa services while identifying opportunities to upsell related travel products
- Provide accurate information on visa processes and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in visa services, travel, immigration, or related industries
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
