We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Marketing Executive to manage front office operations and support the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling inquiries, generating leads, coordinating site visits, and assisting with marketing activities to promote the company's real estate projects.

- Coordinate meetings and site visit appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding bookings, documentation, and feedback.
- Generate and qualify leads by following up with prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, inquiries, and marketing activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

12th pass and Graduation can apply.
