- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SPM (PPM) solutions including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management modules.
- Configure and customize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) components such as project planning, task management, and governance workflows.
- Develop and enhance Demand Management processes including intake, assessment, prioritization, and approval workflows.
- Configure Resource Management for capacity planning, allocation, and utilization tracking.
- Implement and maintain Agile Development / Hybrid Project Management integrations within SPM.
- Create and maintain Financial Management capabilities including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Develop business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow SPM with external systems (ERP tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs.
