Profile - ServiceNow Developer
Location - Bangalore/Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Create Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Build Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage CMDB, data imports, transform maps, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure notifications, SLAs, reports, and dashboards.
- Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong in JavaScript & Glide APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
- Experience in Flow Designer & Workflow creation.
- Knowledge of ACLs, roles, groups, and platform security.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in IT/Engineering (preferred).
- ServiceNow CSA certification (added advantage).
