Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 1+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SEBI compliance activities for PMS, RIA and AIF entities
- Prepare and submit periodic regulatory filings and compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, circulars and guidelines
- Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors
- Support Direct Taxation activities including TDS, Income Tax and related compliances
- Assist in internal audits, statutory reporting and regulatory requirements
