Are you passionate about recruitment and HR operations? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and industries.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Handle HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, HR records, and compliance support.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition along with HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with consultancies or handling client hiring will be an added advantage.
