Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Gasification / Thermal Power Plants
Experience Required: 10–15 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering (or related field)
Location: South Side GT Road Industrial area Ghaziabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution of gasification and/or thermal Power Plant Projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers and project staff.
- Ensure project profitability and adherence to contractual obligations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of gasification and/or thermal power plant processes and technologies.
Expertise in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of managing large-scale EPC / turnkey projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and environmental norms in power projects.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
