KlimaShift operates at the intersection of technology, data, and sustainability. As an Operations Intern, you will support internal operations, cross-functional coordination, and process execution to help the company scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational workflows and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
- Help manage internal tools, trackers, and reports.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
- Handle operational follow-ups and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Operations, Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset.
