Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 4+ years of hands on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and internal business systems. The candidate should have strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integrations, database management, and modern web frameworks. The candidate should be capable of working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and internal business systems.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Python.
- Design, develop, and optimize databases using SQL.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs and web services.
- Integrate applications with third-party platforms, external APIs, and internal systems.
- Work on Zoho integrations (CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, or other Zoho applications) using APIs and webhooks.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standard.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, React.js, Next.js, and SQL.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs. Experience with API integration, third-party integrations, and internal system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho API integrations is preferred.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.
- Experience with Git/version control and modern development workflows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.
Eligibility:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Full Stack or Software Development.
- BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications is preferred.
Work Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour break included)
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
