We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spanish Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for travel and sales. The candidate will assist international clients in planning and booking travel services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries in Spanish and English.
- Assist clients with travel bookings including flights (USA).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel arrangements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support throughout the travel process.
- Coordinate with internal departments and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings.
Pay: ₹12,455.35 - ₹46,013.61 per month
