Job Summary:
Sri Satya Constructions is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects to lead the execution of premium luxury high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Mivan formwork construction, project planning, execution, team leadership, and project delivery from mobilization through final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of premium luxury high-rise residential projects.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, and resource planning.
- Ensure timely completion within budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage Mivan formwork construction and optimize construction cycle time.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Procurement, and Site Administration.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Control project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality, and safety requirements.
- Lead project commissioning, snag closure, and successful handover.

Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 18–20 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in Premium Luxury High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
- Experience handling projects from foundation to handover.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and large project teams.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
