Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and disbursement targets for SBL loans.
- Source business through direct customer acquisition and channel partners (DSAs, connectors, etc.).
- Conduct customer meetings, financial analysis, and eligibility assessments.
- Ensure accurate documentation, file completion, and coordination with credit and ops teams.
- Maintain strong follow-up for faster disbursement and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure portfolio quality through timely renewals, monitoring, and proactive collections support.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and product insights to branch leadership.
Support branch marketing and customer engagement activities. Maintain compliance with internal policies, KYC, and audit requirements.
Skill Required
- 2–5 years of experience in LAP, mortgage, or secured loan sales.
- Experience in handling DSA/channel business and self-sourced customers
- Must be graduate
