We Are Hiring – Nursing Superintendent / MICU Senior Nurse
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall nursing activities in MICU and critical care units
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
- Monitor patient condition and coordinate with doctors for treatment plans
- Guide and support nursing staff during emergencies and critical procedures
- Maintain nursing schedules, duty rosters, and staff coordination
- Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and infection control practices
- Handle ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps efficiently
- Train junior nurses and maintain discipline within the department
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, attendants, doctors, and nursing staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in MICU/ICU department
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing and hospital protocols
- Ability to handle emergency situations confidently
- Good communication and organizational skills
Qualification:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
- Nursing Registration Certificate preferred
