Key Responsibilities
Draft, coordinate and publish social media content across Jacobs’ channels, ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned with Jacobs' brand and messaging frameworks.
Coordinate content creation for regional posts on Hootsuite Amplify — drafting, editing and publishing posts, articles and multimedia assets to ensure a consistent cadence of timely, on-brand content aligned with global and regional messaging frameworks.
Work with APAC marketing leads and business stakeholders to identify, gather and develop social media promotional opportunities that support business priorities and regional campaigns.
Support APAC marketing leads with the planning and execution of APAC social media campaigns that support geographic brand-building, growth positioning, thought leadership and pursuit positioning objectives.
Coordinate with project teams and subject matter experts to source content, success stories and thought leadership opportunities for social media promotion.
Monitor social media engagement and performance, preparing regular reports and sharing insights with the APAC marketing team to support continuous improvement.
Actively participate in the corporate and global digital/social media community, sharing insights and bringing back best practices to enhance social media planning, execution and impact.
Support the implementation and adoption of marketing technologies, social media and digital marketing tools to enable data-driven insights and greater visibility into campaign and content performance.
Amplify social media content through internal communication channels to build employee advocacy and extend Jacobs’ reach and engagement across the region.
Ensure all content complies with Jacobs' brand, legal and social media governance requirements.
Here's what you'll need
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience creating, publishing and managing content across social media platforms.
Experience with employee advocacy platforms, content management systems or marketing automation tools.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
Experience using social media management, scheduling and reporting tools.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure content aligns with brand and governance requirements.
Proven organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging content across a range of formats and channels.
Experienced in Associated Press journalistic writing style, search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media marketing practices.
Experienced in social media analytics and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Strategic and analytical skills with a creative and visual eye.
A desire to remain up to date with digital and social media trends, features and functionalities.
Motivation to self-start, initiate innovative ideas and collaborate creatively with cross-functional teams. #LI-DS1
