- Oven Operation: Light and maintain the tandoor (using charcoal/wood), managing the internal temperature and seasoning the clay walls.
- Food Preparation: Prepare marinades, tenderize meats, and knead or portion dough for various breads.
- Cooking: Grill and bake items according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Kitchen Support: Prepare daily mis-en-place (prepped ingredients) and assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef during service hours.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the tandoor station strictly adheres to food safety, sanitation, and hazard regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor the stock of ingredients, report shortages to superiors, and minimize food wastage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
