Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head to lead and oversee the overall business operations, growth, and profitability of the fitness centre. The Business Head will be responsible for driving revenue, managing teams, improving operational efficiency, developing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional member experience across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness centre including sales, marketing, operations, training, and customer service.
- Lead and manage department heads, managers, and operational teams.
- Drive membership growth, retention, and overall business profitability.
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, expenses, and revenue generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
- Develop strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and business expansion opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and member engagement.
- Monitor and improve operational processes and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with senior management for business planning and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- Strong background in fitness industry management, business operations, or wellness sector.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7–12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 4–6 years of managerial or leadership experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Proven experience in business development, operations management, team leadership, and revenue generation.
- Experience handling multi-department operations and large teams preferred.
