- Build and engage a strong café community through daily guest interactions
- Plan and execute small-scale events (open mics, game nights, workshops, meetups)
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive café atmosphere
- Interact with regular customers and convert walk-ins into loyal members
- Coordinate with the café team to ensure smooth event execution
- Handle guest feedback and enhance overall customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing team for on-ground promotions and activations
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests
