We're looking for a Sales Candidate whose having experience in SAAS/HRMS/ERP/CRM Product selling to clients.
Job description
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.
Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Close sales and ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
Post-Sales Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up for feedback and resolve customer issues or complaints.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
