About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer who can train students, freshers, and professionals in modern technologies and industry practices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions on various technologies and tools.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Train candidates on real-world projects and industry standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assessments, and projects.
- Keep updated with the latest technologies and market trends.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and freshers.
- Coordinate with the development team to align training with industry requirements.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and web technologies.
- Good understanding of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React.js / Node.js / MongoDB
- MERN Stack
- APIs & Database concepts
- Git & GitHub
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Basic project management and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring.
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
- Experience working on live projects is preferred.
