Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be discreet, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong coordination skills, business understanding, and the ability to act as a bridge between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MDs/Directors calendar, appointments, and travel , schedules.
- Prioritize meetings and ensure optimal time management
- Candidate must be willing to travel 70% and work in rotational shift
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal departments
- Coordinate with branch heads and functional leaders for updates and reports
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely closure
- Maintain confidential records and documents
- Organize internal meetings, reviews, and leadership discussions
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Maintain expense records and reimbursements
- Ensure documentation and filing systems are structured and accessible
- Assist in preparing MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
- Support leadership in special projects and new initiatives
- Conduct research and compile data for business decisions
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of deliverables

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 5-12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred
