We are looking for energetic and confident Field Promoters to promote our products/services in residential apartments. The candidate will interact with residents, explain the company's offerings, generate leads, and help increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned apartments and residential communities.
- Set up promotional stalls or kiosks when required.
- Interact with residents and explain products/services.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Collect customer details and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain daily visit and lead generation reports.
- Build good relationships with apartment associations and residents.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
