We are looking for someone who will take full ownership of our YouTube Shorts channel — combining storytelling, audience psychology, and platform expertise to grow reach, engagement, and community.
Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
- Write engaging scripts for YouTube Shorts with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
- Take ownership of the YouTube Shorts channel strategy and content flow.
- Ideate and plan short-form content aligned with brand themes and trends.
- Create and publish YouTube Community Posts to increase engagement and audience connection.
- Work closely with editors and writers to ensure consistency in tone and style.
- Analyze performance and identify patterns that improve retention and reach.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts format, trends, and audience psychology.
- Ability to write high-retention scripts with powerful hooks.
- Creative thinking with structured execution.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and short-form content dynamics.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach.
Good to Have
- Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel or Shorts page.
- Knowledge of analytics like retention rate, CTR, and engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with creator-driven educational or storytelling content.
- Understanding of content repurposing from long-form videos.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Creative writing: 1 year (Preferred)
