Job objective : The Reservation Associate is the first point of contact for guests, corporate bookers and travel agents connecting via telephone, delivering seamless reservation services.
Eligibility
- Age should be 19 – 24 years.
- Full-time graduation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with Travel Agency (TA) Partners and colleagues.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills are crucial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
