Position Overview
Baseline IT Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer with 0–6 months of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI designs for websites and applications.
- Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Work closely with developers and other team members to implement designs.
- Maintain consistency in design, layouts, typography, colors, and overall user experience.
- Conduct basic research and understand user behavior and requirements.
- Make design improvements based on feedback and usability requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and design practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, layouts, typography, and color theory.
- Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Good creative and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–6 months.
- Graduation in IT/Computer Science or a related IT field is mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or portfolios will be preferred.
- Freshers with a good understanding of UI/UX are encouraged to apply.
