Key ResponsibilitiesProject Operations
- Plan, schedule, and monitor residential, commercial, and industrial solar installation projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and installation teams.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Assign work schedules and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Procurement & Inventory
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
- Ensure efficient material dispatch to project sites.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure installations comply with company standards, electrical codes, and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions where required.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe working practices at project sites.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for all projects.
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely project updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely project handover.
Cost & Budget Management
- Monitor operational costs and project profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Approve operational expenses within delegated authority.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track KPIs including installation timelines, productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Present operational updates to senior management.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement SOPs for installation and project execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Drive digitalization and automation of operational processes where feasible.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
