Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting company products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, calls, and online channels
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Promote products/services through digital marketing, social media, and campaigns
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO, ads)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Customer-focused approach
- MS Office / CRM software knowledge
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 0–3 years (preferred in sales/marketing field)
