Position: Junior Architect
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Location: Dehradun
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and execution of projects.
- Prepare conceptual drawings, working drawings, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare presentation materials and client submissions.
- Support in preparing BOQs, material selections, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and building regulations.
- Handle multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- COA registration preferred.
