Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining service standards, managing staff, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Train and motivate service team members.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Monitor sales, upselling, and revenue generation activities.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit to management.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Restaurant, Café, Hotel, or Banquet Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
