About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating individualized learning strategies, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ learning needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
- Adapt teaching methods and classroom materials to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and life skills.
- Maintain accurate records, assessments, and progress reports.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, workshops, and school activities.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
✔ RCI Certification (preferred/applicable as per regulations)
✔ Prior experience working with children with special needs preferred
✔ Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to design and implement individualized learning strategies
✔ Passion for inclusive education and student development
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
