We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and IT services sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Build strong client relationships
- Work closely with the technical team for project discussions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT services or software sales preferred
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of software development services
