About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Home Automation Project Manager to manage the complete execution of residential and commercial smart-home automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, site execution, vendor management, team supervision, testing, commissioning and final handover.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of home automation, lighting control, AV, networking and smart-home systems, along with proven project management and site-execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of home automation projects from design coordination to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans and installation timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Supervise installation, programming, testing and commissioning activities.
- Manage site engineers, technicians and installation teams.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, wiring diagrams and automation layouts.
- Coordinate procurement, material delivery and inventory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical and site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with automation programmers for system configuration and programming.
- Conduct testing, commissioning and client demonstrations.
- Prepare project documentation, reports and handover documents.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed specifications and quality standards.
- Handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously when required.
- Support after-sales service and resolve project-related technical issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in home automation, ELV, smart buildings, BMS or related project execution.
- Strong project management and site coordination skills.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, automation architecture and low-voltage systems.
- Excellent client and vendor communication skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within NCR when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project-management/reporting tools.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
