Job Summary:
Alans academy is hiring full-time telecallers to handle student inquiries, promote our educational programs, and convert leads into enrollments. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Provide detailed information about AID Education’s courses and services
- Follow up on leads and maintain a CRM database
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
- Assist students in the admission process
Qualifications:
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (Education sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and persuasive
