Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Register patients and verify insurance details
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff
- Manage the clinic’s appointment calendar
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times
