Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive with a proven background in outbound tele calling and garments sales. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy hunter responsible for the end-to-end telephone sales lifecycle, from identifying and dialing prospective B2B clients, retailers, or distributors to pitching our apparel collections and securing volume orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Outbound B2B Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to target garment retailers, wholesalers, boutique owners, and corporate clients to introduce our apparel lines.
- Garment Pitching & Presentation: Confidently present and describe product catalogs over the phone, explaining fabric quality, GSM (fabric weight), sizing, color variants, and current fashion trends.
- Lead Conversion & Order Closing: Follow up on warm leads, handle pricing objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed bulk purchase orders.
- Sample Coordination: Identify serious buyers and coordinate the dispatch of fabric samples or garment swatches, following up promptly to close the sale once received.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and sales pipelines using CRM software or internal call sheets.
- Repeat Business & Account Nurturing: Maintain regular contact with existing retail clients to check inventory levels, share new arrivals, and secure consistent repeat orders.
Experience Requirement: 3-5-year experience in Tele- calling specialized in outbound and
garment sales.
Education qualification: Any degree
