Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Burger Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers, maintaining food standards, and ensuring excellent taste and presentation that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook burgers, patties, and related menu items to company standards
- Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
- Manage stock levels and report shortages
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef, grill cook, or burger chef preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for food and attention to detail
