Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum Delivery: Deliver in-depth lectures on economics.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design lesson plans, set homework, conduct quizzes, and grade exams to evaluate student understanding.
- Student Mentorship: Provide individual attention to struggling students, maintain academic records, and communicate progress to management and parents.
- Exam Preparation: Equip students with problem-solving strategies and techniques needed for higher education entrance exams.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, orderly learning environment, effectively handling classroom sizes of 50 or more students.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Master's degree in economics(M.Sc) or a relevant B.E./B.Tech degree is the standard requirement. A B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is often preferred by many institutions.
- Experience: Both experienced educators and motivated freshers are regularly hired depending on the institution.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal communication, patience, and the ability to simplify the concepts.
Pay: ₹10,005.49 - ₹15,000.00 per month
