We are currently hiring for the positions of Relationship Manager (RM) and Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) with Basic Home Loan (Fintech Company) on a fixed salary structure.
Locations: Nashik/Nagpur/Pune
CTC: ₹4 LPA Fixed + Incentives (Based on Experience)
Interview Mode: Telephonic / Virtual
Product: Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Sales
Experience in DSA sourcing, builder sourcing, channel sales, or direct sales will be preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven professional
